Foxworthy Beacon Riding Club

About

Foxworthy Beacon Riding Club was set up by Debbi Bryson and Caroline Booker in 2006 and is accredited to the British Riding Clubs Association.  The club is very friendly and is open to all whether they own a horse or not.  FBRC is aimed at encouraging riders of all levels to achieve more with their horse. We have a wide variety of members, and we are also a child-friendly club with members from the age of 10 upwards.

FBRC is based in the village of Lutton, between Plympton and Ivybridge. The majority of the clinics are held at Foxworthy Stables, in a fabulous 60 x 30m rubber surface ménage with breathtaking views of the moors.

Clinics are held regularly by Caroline Booker (showjumping), Ali Mills (dressage),  Hayley Gilmour (eventing) and Sarah Prew (dressage). Cross-country clinics are organised on demand. FBRC runs a popular annual combined training show, as well as musical ride sessions, lecture demonstrations and all manner of other activities. Past competitive activities have included dressage competitions and a three week event. If a member wants to do something, we will do our utmost to provide it!
